Bodyworks - Tea, SD

T&V Properties received an SBA 504 loan in 2007 to construct a new 6,256 square feet building on the southeast edge of Tea.  The space is occupied by BodyWorks fitness center, which has state of the art exercise equipment plus tanning facilities.  The concept is a 24-hour fitness center allowing clients to have access to the facility by using a keyless entry system.  The participating bank for this project was Wells Fargo (Sioux Falls).
