Mary Lee’s Bakery & Daylight Donuts received an SBA 504 loan to finance the purchase of land and construction of a 1,800 sq. ft. facility utilized as a combination bakery and quick service lunch establishment. The building includes a food preparation area, office, and seating space for up to 35 customers. In addition, the building includes a drive-up window for morning and noon commuters. The South Eastern Development Foundation also approved a loan to the start-up business to finance equipment, inventory, and working capital expenses for operations of the business. The participating lender was Dacotah Bank (Sioux Falls).
