Dakota BUSINESS Finance assisted Pallets, Inc. to purchase land and existing buildings in Sioux Falls by utilizing the SBA 504 program. Raymond and Leah Monahan recently formed Pallet’s, Inc. and are the new owners of the business previously known as Dan’s Pallets. Raymond has more than 15 years of experience in managing sales, marketing, operations and personnel at the corporate level. Pallets, Inc. builds new pallets and refurbishes damaged pallets for businesses in the local area. The real estate purchased consists of two 2,496 square foot buildings.
